NV Grand Reserve Sparkling Wine (2021 base)

Sourced from sought-after Sta. Rita Hills vineyards, including Bentrock, Wenzlau, Sanford & Benedict and La Rinconada, this wine has an inherent complexity on the palate thanks to the inclusion of 50% perpetual reserve with vintages going back to 2018. The aromatics are both flowery and fruity with notes of almond and fresh bread, finishing with touches of citrus and sea salt. The palate is fresh and electric, dominated by white fruits (pear and white peach) and almond with a persistent finish of bright ripe citrus and a salty minerality, which provide the wine elegance and freshness.  -Rodolph Péters
